Lillian Doucet-Roche was born in Cambridge, England, on May 18, 1994. Her family moved around, and she grew up in Ottawa, Ontario. She attended one of Canada’s premier arts-focused institutions, Canterbury High School. While in school, she joined the daily theatre studies, perfecting her skills and laying the foundation for her acting career.

After high school, she took a gap year, spending nine months in England as an au pair while studying at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA). Lillian moved to Vancouver to attend Studio 58, and during her three-year program, she was recognized with the Jean & Walter Ball Memorial Scholarship, awarded for her strong comedic ability and dedication to the program.
