Background
Selena Anduze was born in the Virgin Islands. She did not have it easy while growing up. She moved from the Caribbean to Atlanta as a pre-teen after witnessing a horrific natural disaster. She was a refugee, and as such, she had to find a way of adapting quickly. Selena Anduze is of mixed race, and after landing in the Southern US states, she had to find a way of fitting in quickly. Selena knew if there was somewhere she would find solace was theater. As such, she joined a local theater where she underwent intensive training.

Selena Anduze is a married woman. She has been married to Yano Anaya since 2009. Yano is an actor, exercise science educator, and body transformation expert. Selena has not been open about how the two met but they have shared a beautiful story for over fifteen years. It is hard to tell if the couple has any children together. Selena Anduze rarely talks about it. Selena and her husband are happy and there have been no rumors of divorce or separation.
Acting Career
Selena ventured into acting at a young age, appearing in several plays before making her way to television. In 2015, Selena Anduze made a guest appearance in Nashville as a transplant coordinator. She also appeared in an episode of Satisfaction.
The following year, Selena appeared in several shows including The Originals, Containment, Swamp Murders, and MacGyver. In 2019, Selena portrayed Caroline Woodrue in eight episodes of Swamp Thing.
